SC: Police Officers Submitting Chargesheets Must Abide by Requirements Given u/s 173(2) of CrPC - 13.03.2024

Supreme Court has held that police officers while discharging their duties regarding submission of chargesheets must comply with the mandatory requirements as have been laid down under Section 173(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
