Meghalaya High Court: Trial Court Should Adopt Procedure Understandable by Illiterate Person - 11.03.2024

Meghalaya High Court has observed that the trial court while performing its duty under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, should adopt procedures that are understandable by an illiterate person.
