Del. HC: Confessional Statement u/s 50 of PMLA Can Only be Used for Corroboration of Evidence - 11.03.2024

Delhi High Court has held that confessional statement under Section 50 of Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) can only be used for corroboration in support of other evidence and cannot be considered as substantive evidence.
