Delhi High Court: Cannot Compromise Individual’s Right to Use His or Her Name for Own Goods - 11.03.2024

Delhi High Court has held that an individual’s right to use his/her name for their own goods cannot be compromised as it would result in infringement of right to use their name as an identity marker and would be unconstitutional.
