'No Promise To Marry When Relations Started, She Was Already Married': SC Quashes Rape Case - 07.03.2024

Supreme Court has quashed a criminal case against a man accused of raping a woman on the false pretext of marriage on ground that when the relationship started, the woman was already married and that there was no promise to marry.
