Kar. HC Quashes Govt. Order Appointing KSEAB as Authority to Hold Annual School Exams - 07.03.2024

Karnataka HC has quashed the notifications issued by the State Government appointing Karnataka School Examination & Assessment Board (KSEAB) as the competent authority to conduct SA-2 exams for classes 5th, 8th & 9th and annual exams for class 11th for government, aided & unaided schools/colleges.
