Supreme Court Quashes SC/ST Act Case Registered Against Man Over Suicide of His Junior - 07.03.2024

Supreme Court while quashing a 22-year-old criminal case against a person for allegedly abetting the suicide of a Scheduled Caste person who was working as his junior has observed that deceased was frustrated due to work pressure and so, no offence of abetment to suicide made out against Accused.
