SC: Hospital's Registration Can Be Cancelled, Only if, It Is Necessary in Public Interest - 07.03.2024

SC has held that suspension/cancellation of registration of Hospital/Clinic under Sec. 20(3) of Pre-Conception and Pre-¬Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation & Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 is allowed only when the Appropriate Authority believes that it is necessary to do so in public interest.
