SC: 'Ghee' Must be Considered As 'Product of Livestock' in Notified Market Areas of AP - 07.03.2024

Supreme Court while dismissing the challenge to 1994 Andhra Pradesh Notification has held “ghee” to be a “product of livestock” for the purposes of regulation of its purchase and sale in all notified market areas of Andhra Pradesh (AP).
