Bombay High Court: Reading Communist or Naxal Literature Doesn’t Constitute Offence Under UAPA - 06.03.2024

Bombay High Court has held that reading or sympathizing with literature that contains Communist or Maoist philosophy does not constitute an offence under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
