Karnataka High Court: Regularisation of Workmen Will Depend on Work Done For Corporation - 05.03.2024

Karnataka High Court while dismissing the order of regularisation by the Industrial Tribunal, has held that the claim of regularisation is not dependent on appointment orders but is based on the actual work done for the Corporation.
