Supreme Court: Payment of Loan Amount to NBFC Along With Decided Rate of Interest Non-Refundable - 05.03.2024

Supreme Court has held that if a person has executed an agreement and repaid the loan amount obtained with the interest as per the terms of the agreement then he cannot claim refund of the same on the ground that a higher rate of interest is being charged by Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
