Supreme Court: MPs/MLAs Cannot Claim Immunity Under Constitution of India For Receiving Bribe - 04.03.2024

Supreme Court has held that Members of Parliament and Legislative Assemblies cannot claim immunity under Articles 105(2) and 194(2) of the Constitution of India for obtaining bribe in relation to a speech or vote in the house.
