SC: Legal Representatives Not Responsible to Discharge Contractual Obligations of Deceased - 04.03.2024

Supreme Court has held that in the case of a personal obligation imposed on deceased, his estate doesn’t become liable and therefore, the legal representatives who represent the estate of the deceased would not be liable and can’t be directed to discharge the contractual obligations of the deceased.
