SC: Amend Arbitration Act For Prescribing Limitation Period For Applications u/s 11 of the Act - 04.03.2024

Supreme Court has held that Parliament should take into consideration the amendment of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as there is no statutory prescription in the Act that defines the period of limitation for applications that are filed under Section 11 of the Act.
