MP HC: Power Exercised u/s 319 of CrPC Must Come Before Acquittal Order in Case of Joint Result - 01.03.2024

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that if an order has to be made in the exercise of powers under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) then it can be made only before the pronouncement of an order that acquits person involved in trials leading to joint results.
