All. HC: Businessman Doing Business Activities Within Slum Can’t Be Called a Slum Dweller - 28.02.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that a businessman by taking possession of a piece of land from slum dwellers and by illegally raising business construction thereon, cannot be called a slum dweller and cannot claim protection given to dingy houses of slum dwellers.
