SC: Registry Can’t Decide Whether or Not Review Petiton Merits Relook Through Curative Petiton - 28.02.2024

Supreme Court has held that registry cannot be vested with the power to decide whether a review petition, after being dismissed in open court hearing, merited relook through the curative jurisdiction. This power being judicial in nature has to be exercised by the courts.
