Bombay HC: Can’t Entertain Application Increasing Valuation of Suit if Pecuniary Jurisdiction Lost - 26.02.2024

Bombay High Court has observed that an application for increasing the valuation of suit cannot be entertained by it when due to increase in pecuniary jurisdiction it has already lost its jurisdiction.
