SC: Courts Must Apply Mind to Decide Recruitment Cases Related to Non-Disclosure of Criminal Cases - 26.02.2024

SC has held that broad-brushing every non-disclosure as disqualification will be unjust and will tantamount to being completely oblivious to ground realities. Each case will depend on facts and circumstances that prevail, and courts will have to take a holistic view, based on objective criteria.
