Allahabad HC: Pension Can’t Be Withheld For Incident That Occurred Four Years Prior to Retirement - 23.02.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that no action can be taken under Regulation 351-A of the Civil Services Regulation against an employee for an incident that took place four years prior to the retirement of the employee.
