Delhi High Court: Can’t Use Senior Citizens Act For Purposes of Property Dispute - 23.02.2024

Delhi High Court has held that the purpose behind enacting Senior Citizens Act, 2007 was to protect the senior citizens from exploitation and not for settling property disputes.
