Delhi High Stays Judgement Related to Investigation Under PMLA - 22.02.2024

Delhi High Court has stayed a judgement which held that in cases where investigation is going under Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) for more than 365 days and it doesn’t result in any proceedings then seized property shall be returned as such seizure shall be confiscatory in nature.
