Del HC: ‘Absolute Privilege’ Bars Claims Against Judges, Counsels For Statement Made During Proc. - 22.02.2024

Delhi High Court has observed that Doctrine of ‘Absolute Privilege’ puts an embargo on entertainment of claims made against judges, lawyers or parties with regard to the statements made during a judicial proceeding in Courts and Tribunals.
