Del. HC: Can’t Invoke Bar Given u/s 37 of NDPS Where Evidence Against Accused Appears Unbelievable - 22.02.2024

Delhi High Court has held that bar related to bail provided under Section 37 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) cannot be invoked in cases where evidence against accused does not appear to be believable and evidence does not seem to be sufficient for conviction.
