Del. HC: DDA & MCD Must Put Structural Reforms In Place to Deal With Issue of Illegal Construction - 21.02.2024

Delhi High Court while observing that illegal construction is going on in Delhi in an unusual manner, has held that Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and Delhi Development Authority (DDA) should put structural reforms in place to deal with such a grave issue.
