Del. HC: Copy of Arbitration Award Must Be Given Only to The Parties And Not Their Agents/Advocates - 20.02.2024

Delhi High Court has held that the term party under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act refers only to the parties themselves and not their advocates or agents. Hence, the copy of the arbitration award should be delivered to a competent party and not their agents or lawyers.
