Kar HC: Once Investigation u/s 210 Companies Act Commenced, Govt Not Powerless to Issue SFIO Probe - 19.02.2024

Karnataka High Court has held that if under Section 230 of Companies Act, 2013 investigation has started then the Government of India does not become powerless to assign the probe to Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) under Section 212 of the Act.
