Raj. HC: Restrain on Deemed Universities From Offering Distance Programs Under UGC Regulations - 19.02.2024

Rajasthan High Court has restated the application of notices, circulars and guidelines issued by University Grants Commission (UGC) and Distance Education Counsel (DEC) restraining setting up off-campus centres and imparting education through distance mode by deemed to be universities.
