Rajasthan High Court Directs State to Properly Implement 'Jyoti Yojna' Scheme - 15.02.2024

Rajasthan HC through writ of Mandamus has directed State to provide the benefits of the Jyoti Yojna Scheme to every woman who has voluntarily undergone a sterilisation operation after giving birth and since the same was originally intended to empower the females, it must be implemented effectively.
