MP HC: Contempt Notice Served by Husband’s Father, Lawyer at Wife’s House Not Criminal Trespass - 14.02.2024

MP HC has held that father-in-law serving the notice directly at the house of the daughter-in-law can’t be said to have been tainted with any mala fide intention, especially when he was accompanied by his lawyer.
