MP High Court: Expression ‘Lower’ Encompasses Punishment to Minimum/Lowest Pay Scale to Employee - 13.02.2024

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that the expression 'lower' grade/post given under Clause 39(1)(d) of LIC Staff Regulation, 1960 includes within itself punishment to the lowest/minimum grade or post.
