SC: Adequate Measures Available For Voters in Event of Error/Deletion of Names From Voter’s List - 13.02.2024

Supreme Court while closing proceedings related to duplication of names in electoral rolls, has held that there exist adequate measures for the aggrieved voters to approach the Registration Officer in case there is any error or deletion of their names in the voters' list.
