Bom. HC: Reproductive Health An Important Aspect of Personal Liberty Under Article 21 COI - 12.02.2024

Bombay HC while observing that reproductive health is a facet of personal liberty under Article 21 of the Constitution of India (COI), has allowed two women to undergo surrogacy using donor gametes which is otherwise prohibited under an amendment made to Surrogacy (Regulation) Rules, 2022 in 2023.
