Madras HC: Participation in Funeral of Immediate Family Member Part of Article 25 of Constitution - 12.02.2024

Madras High Court while paving way for an undertrial to attend his father’s funeral, has held that right to attend funeral of the parent/spouse/child falls within the ambit of Article 25 of the Constitution of India.
