Calcutta HC: Teachers Can’t Seek Re-Fixation of Salary In Absence of Any Rules For Re-Fixation - 09.02.2024

Calcutta High Court has held that in absence of any rules for re-fixation of salary, teachers in West Bengal cannot seek re-fixation of salary on the ground of having attained higher educational qualifications during the course of their employment.
