Supreme Court: Petition Against 2013 Judgment Infructuous Since Homosexuality Decriminalised - 09.02.2024

Supreme Court has held that the curative petition filed against the judgement of 2013 which upheld Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 that criminalised homosexuality has become infructuous since the judgement of 2018 has decriminalised homosexuality.
