Parliamentary Committee: Lawyers Must Appear in Atleast 1 Pro Bono Case A Year to Access Relief Fund - 08.02.2024

Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law and Justice has proposed that the Bar Council of India should make it mandatory for every lawyer to atleast participate in one pro bono case annually in order to qualify for relief funds from the All India/State Bar Council.
