Ker. HC: Accused’s Right to Fair Trial Affected If Plea of Guilt Extends to Altered Charges - 08.02.2024

Kerala High Court has held that if an accused pleads guilty to a particular offence then the plea of guilt shall not extend to new offences invoked upon alteration of charge.
