Kerala HC: Employment Not to Be Denied For A Disease Unless it Impacts Capacity to Perform Duties - 07.02.2024

Kerala High Court has held that there cannot be a denial of employment merely by stating that a candidate has a disease, without finding that it would impact his capacity to perform functional duties or responsibilities.
