Delhi HC Rejects Twenty Year Old’s Plea For Medical Termination of Twenty Eight Week Pregnancy - 06.02.2024

Delhi High Court while dismissing a plea moved by a 20-year-old unmarried woman seeking medical termination of her pregnancy of 28 weeks has observed that there was neither congenital abnormality in the foetus nor any danger to the woman to carry on with the pregnancy.
