MP HC: Reg. Mandating Students to Opt Same Subjects in Classes XI & XII Has No Retrospective Appl. - 06.02.2024

Madhya Pradesh High Court while allowing a student to appear for examinations in the Biology stream of Class XII instead of Mathematics has held that Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education's Circular mandating the opting of the same stream in Class XI and XII has no retrospective application.
