Delhi HC Says, Unauthorised Speed Breakers Should be Removed - 26.05.2016

Delhi HC has said speed breakers constructed on public roads without authorisation or recommendation of traffic police and not conforming to prescribed norms are "unauthorised" and "should be removed within four weeks".
