Del. HC: Adulterous Relationship of Spouse Cannot be the Sole Ground of Denying Custody of Child - 05.02.2024

Delhi High Court has held that an adulterous relationship of either spouse cannot be the sole determining factor to deny custody of a child, unless it is proved that such relationship is having a harmful effect on the child or is detrimental to the minor's welfare.
