SC Approves UOI's Scheme Allowing Resignation of Only Those NEET Candidates Who Have Joined INIs - 02.02.2024

Supreme Court has approved a proposal brought forth by Union of India (UOI) to allow only those candidates to resign from National Eligibility Cum Entrance Exam (NEET) seats who had joined Institutes of National Importance (INIs) post counseling conducted by AIIMS, Delhi.
