Mad. HC: Continuing Trial Without Identifying Accused Causes Embarrassment & Vilification of Victim - 01.02.2024

Madras High Court while quashing a sexual harassment case has held that since the accused person had not been identified for 3 years, continuing the proceedings would be a mockery upon womanhood and bring further embarrassment to the woman who would be put to mental agony.
