SC Stays Allahabad HC Order Mandating Court Approval For Setting Up Educational Tribunals in UP - 01.02.2024

SC while staying Allahabad HC order stipulating that the Uttar Pradesh Educational Service Tribunals should be established only after the permission of High Court has held that the HC order encroached upon the area reserved for legislature and executive and such order could not have been passed.
