Delhi HC: Unfilled EWS or DG Vacancies Carried Forward in Subsequent Year Doesn’t Violate RTE Act - 30.01.2024

Delhi High Court has held that that carrying forward of unfilled Economically Weaker Section (EWS) or Disadvantaged Groups (DG) vacancies by a school to next class in subsequent year does not infract or violate the Right to Education Act, 2009 (RTE) or any other legal provision.
