Supreme Court: Mentioning Caste or Religion of Parties in the Memo of Parties Must be Ceased - 30.01.2024

Supreme Court while passing a general order has directed that the caste or religion of parties shall not be mentioned in the memo of parties of a petition/proceeding filed before the Courts.
