Supreme Court: Medical Devices Can be Included within Definition of “Drugs” - 29.01.2024

Supreme Court while declining to interfere with Delhi High Court's ruling has upheld the Central Government notifications to include medical devices such as nebulizers, blood pressure monitoring devices, digital thermometers, and glucometers as ‘drugs’.
